The Matchmaking Tool is designed to connect healthcare organisations and innovators with students whose skills best fit their needs. Users self-assess their competencies across a comprehensive set of healthcare-focused skills – from Digital Marketing and Strategic Leadership to Healthcare Information Security and Machine Learning – using detailed, descriptive levels of proficiency.

Companies can indicate most important skills for a given project, specifying the desired level of expertise for each. Additional skills can also be included to enhance the search. The tool uses this information to create a target profile, against which student profiles are matched.
